Whispers of the Waves

The world is full of water — oceans, rivers, lakes — each holding countless secrets and amazing creatures. I never truly understood this until I went scuba diving in Goa.

As soon as I dipped into the water, I was amazed. Fish of all colors swam around me. I saw octopuses changing shapes, snakefish weaving through the coral, and so many creatures I had never even imagined. Every animal moved differently, every one had its own way of living, and every one seemed perfectly happy.
It made me think. As humans, we often compare ourselves to each other — who’s faster, smarter, stronger. But these animals? They never compare. They live simply, happily, and naturally. Yet, we humans often harm them. Plastic, waste, and pollution are killing the water bodies that are their home. I even saw parts of coral reefs destroyed, and tiny fish struggling to survive.

God created us and this beautiful nature with so much care. Every wave, every fish, every plant has its purpose. But humans are slowly destroying it.

That day, underwater, I felt a deep connection with the ocean and its creatures. Every fish, every wave, every coral seemed to tell me a story of harmony and balance. Happiness doesn’t come from comparing or taking; it comes from living in tune with the world around us. I realized that protecting nature and caring for animals is not just a duty — it’s a way to keep the beauty and magic of our planet alive. Let’s cherish our oceans, respect all living beings, and make our Earth a place where every life can thrive.
