My Mind, My World
One day in class, our teacher asked us to close our eyes and think about anything we liked. Some of my friends later said they imagined playing cricket, some thought about eating ice cream, and I imagined going on a fun trip with my family. Even though we were all sitting in the same classroom, our minds had travelled to different places!

That’s when I understood something special — our thoughts are truly our own. No one can see them, hear them, or stop them. Our mind is like a secret world where we can dream, imagine, and create anything we want.

Sometimes, when I feel bored or a little sad, I think about happy moments or fun ideas, and slowly I start feeling better. Once, when my friend was upset, I thought of a way to make her smile, and it worked! That made me realize that our thoughts are not just free — they are powerful too.

Even if someone tells us what to do, they cannot control what we think inside. We can choose to think kind, positive, and helpful thoughts that make us grow into better people. So, I feel my mind is my own special world. I can go anywhere, dream anything, and become anything through my thoughts. And in this world, I am truly free — because my mind belongs only to me.
